Manifesto

We believe that leadership must evolve - through relational intelligence and introspection. In a world that has perpetuated trauma, toxic behaviours and systemic inequities, our work reimagines the leaders, negotiator's or facilitators role, processes and practices as acts of care, repair, and liberation.

Our work founded in law, neuroscience, restorative justice, embodied recovery, a trauma-conscious framework for resilient leadership, restorative negotiation and facilitation as sustainable accountable practice. This is not leadership as control, it is leadership that can manage difference, conflict and build connection. While we strive for justice, we know peace is not the goal, but healing and transformation. This is the work of building human-centered systems; This is reimagining leadership.

  • Literacy building trauma-conscious leadership 

  • Advisory in Crisis Intervention | Conflict Deescalation - (multi-party- workplace or organisation) - Negotiation 

  • Advisory to Leaders on culture and Politicians -  Transformative Diplomacy,

  • Facilitation Complex Dialogue - Interest-Based | Restorative Trauma Conscious ( also in human rights settings) 

  • Advise and Design - Restorative Organizational Governance systems -  development processes for safeguarding

  • Specializations - in international human rights law, labour law, criminal law and humanitarian law

  • I am an accredited Trauma| Embodied Somatic Recovery practitioner 

  • Accredited Negotiator ( Dutch Association ) and M.A. International Leadership and Negotiation 

  • I assist in systems-shifting governance into restorative practices & processes that include preventing and restoring harm

  • I also work with those aggrieved and harmed to recover in crisis or reintegration after burnout or sick leave (Poortwachter)                                                             

I work towards a SAFE and trauma-harm conscious organisational culture through system analysis & advisory. I develop learning sessions based on evidence, evaluations and stakeholder analysis. My work is rooted in process, human behaviour, anthropology, trauma-informed & Safe Accountable Workplace.​

 

​As analyst, strategist and adviser my further experience lays in the broader realm of intercultural, international relations and law (human rights, labour, humanitarian), human and social protection and political advisory. I work on systemic change needed in a new world order, and those leaders and individuals willing to set that pace. I am a broker for all forms of justice, repair from harm and solutions for safety, security & peace. ​
