Service Description

Building Safe, and Restorative Cultures is a two-day interactive programme for leaders, educators, HR professionals, safeguarding practitioners, trust persons, community organisations and public institutions. Drawing on international human rights law, labour law, neuroscience, trauma-informed practice, restorative approaches, organisational culture, governance and peacebuilding, the programme equips participants with the knowledge and practical skills to prevent, recognise and respond to bullying, discrimination, racism, harassment, psychosocial harm and conflict. Through case studies, dialogue, negotiation, systems thinking and restorative interventions, participants learn how to build psychologically safe schools, workplaces and communities while embedding safeguarding, accountability and inclusive leadership within current legal and organisational frameworks. Rather than focusing solely on awareness or compliance, the programme provides practical tools to redesign systems, strengthen relationships and create cultures where dignity, belonging and human rights are experienced in everyday practice. It is an interactive course and requires prework, groupwork and reflection.
